    Mia was a joy to work with, and she went above and beyond to help us complete a purchase using a VA loan on an extremely tight timeline. Her knowledge of the area and connections with local professionals was invaluable. In particular, we appreciated Mia's responsiveness and eye for detail. Since we were moving from out of town, having someone we could trust to keep the process running smoothly was indispensable. Every recommendation we took from Mia turned out to be spot on. When we ran into some hiccups right before and right after closing, Mia negotiated with the seller's agent and addressed them immediately to make sure that we were comfortable moving into the new home.I highly recommend Mia to any buyer, but especially buyers from out of town who need to work with someone who is responsive and has plenty of local knowledge.
